Returns will be accepted based on the following situations:

Conditions of return:

Parts must be in their original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect or failure in service.
Parts must be returned within 30 days of the date the goods were delivered, or within 1 year from the date the goods were delivered for manufacturer defects or failures in service.
Generation Global retain the right to make right or rectify any defects, fitting or quality issues first before proceeding with a refund or replacement.
Generation Global will not accept charges from clients who have arranged their own rectification without getting prior approval from Generation Global to accept the charges.

Return exclusions:

Parts where the client has ordered the incorrect part.
Parts that have been checked by a customer for fit that later transpire to not fit.

How to return an item

Please email enquiry@generation-global.com to advise of your wish to return the item and reason for return.
Your request will be processed and once accepted, a replacement or refund will arranged.
Based on the value of the parts, a decision will be made by Generation Global whether the return goods will be shipped back or scrapped by the customer.
To avoid refund scams, Generation Global's policy is that refunds will not be made without verification of the bank account details the refund is to be paid into.
