Free Shipping Policy

All orders purchased using the online shopping cart will be shipped free of charge if the order value is over $1,000.00 USD or equivalent value in other currencies. This includes shipping to all countries globally. This excludes custom products, not on the website or quotes provided by the company outside of the website which will be quoted with shipping as extra. The free shipping policy is designed solely to support online purchases using the shopping cart.

Lead Time & Shipping

Standard lead times are approximately 3 weeks for production of parts and approximate 1 week shipping. Production lead times may vary over holiday periods or during peak production periods. If specific lead times are required, please specify these and we will do our best to support these requests. Please note additional certification requirements may require additional for testing and certification requirements.

Order Tracking

All parts being shipped will have a tracking number provided by the shipping carrier, to allow orders to be tracked while they are being shipped. 

Returns Policy

Returns will be accepted based on the following situations:

  • The client is not happy with the product or quality delivered.
  • The product was not as specified.
  • The product does not fit.
  • The product has a manufacture defect or failure in service.

Conditions of return:

  • Parts must be in their original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect or failure in service.
  • Parts must be returned within 30 days of the date the goods were delivered, or within 1 year from the date the goods were delivered for manufacturer defects or failures in service.
  • Generation Global retain the right to make right or rectify any defects, fitting or quality issues first before proceeding with a refund or replacement.
  • Generation Global will not accept charges from clients who have arranged their own rectification without getting prior approval from Generation Global to accept the charges.

Return exclusions:

  • Parts where the client has ordered the incorrect part.
  • Parts that have been checked by a customer for fit that later transpire to not fit.

How to return an item

  1. Please email enquiry@generation-global.com to advise of your wish to return the item and reason for return.
  2. Your request will be processed and once accepted, a replacement or refund will arranged.
  3. Based on the value of the parts, a decision will be made by Generation Global whether the return goods will be shipped back or scrapped by the customer.
  4. To avoid refund scams, Generation Global's policy is that refunds will not be made without verification of the bank account details the refund is to be paid into.

Taxes & Duty

All prices exclude taxes and duties unless stated. Customers are responsible to arrange payment for any locally imposed taxes & duties when the goods are delivered. Generation Global will not be held responsible for delays in delivery of goods or shipping companies returning shipments due to the customer not being contactable or failing to pay taxes or duties.
