Piper PA-28R-201T Arrow – Full Cabin Refurbishment

The Project

As part of a scheduled maintenance visit, this Piper PA-28R-201T Arrow underwent a complete interior refurbishment, restoring it to a like-new condition. Generation Global was tasked with supplying and installing the entire interior kit, covering everything from seating and sidewalls to flooring and ceiling linings. All parts used in the refurbishment are available through our online shup for Piper PA-28 models.

Interior Design & Materials

Seating

  • Configuration: Two front seats and two individual rear seats, all with integrated headrests

  • Material: Lead Grey leather (ADI-1111) with perforated leather inserts

  • Detailing:

    • Silver stitching throughout

    • Debossed Piper logo on seat backs for depth and branding

    • Frames repainted in black, fitted with new diaphragms and cushioning foam for enhanced comfort

Sidewalls

  • Lower sidewalls upholstered in a combination of:

    • Black City carpet on the bottom section

    • Synthetic Lead Grey leather (ADI-1116) on the upper portion

  • Distinctive horizontal piping detail runs the length of the sidewalls, adding linear structure and style

  • Plastic upper panels painted to match the white vinyl headlining, maintaining a consistent palette

  • Door panels stylized to seamlessly match the rest of the cabin

Flooring

  • Black City carpet was installed throughout the cabin floor and lower sidewall areas

  • Carpet pieces were precisely cut to fit around structural features for a clean and tailored finish

Headlining & Cabin Plastics

  • Headlining crafted from white vinyl, suspended for easy maintenance access

  • The central ceiling console remains a functional focal point, surrounded by the refreshed headlining

  • All instrument panel plastics were repaired and resprayed in black

  • The glare shield was rewrapped in UV-resistant black vinyl

  • Control yokes were cleaned, refinished, and fitted with new leather grips, restoring a tactile, premium feel to the cockpit

Result

This Piper Arrow now boasts a modern, cohesive interior that aligns with both aesthetic expectations and functionality. From the contrast stitching and perforated leather seats to the fine piping and precision paintwork, every detail reflects Generation Global’s commitment to craftsmanship and quality. The aircraft’s refreshed cabin not only looks the part—it’s built to last.
