The interior upgrade was carried out using high-quality parts available on the Generation Global website, and the refurbishment was expertly fitted by the team at the Nelson completion facility. The scope of the project included refurbishing the seating, sidewalls, floor coverings, headlining, as well as specialized items like the glare shield and control yokes.

The four seats in the Piper PA 28-180 Cherokee were completely stripped down to their frames, after which new diaphragms, foam cushions, and seat covers were installed. The seat covers were made from lead grey leather (ADI-1111), with double stitching on the outer seams in silver for an added touch of elegance. The center inserts in the seats were crafted with SP-1 perforation, enhancing both style and comfort. To personalize the seating, the Piper logo was embossed into the upper seat backs, reinforcing the aircraft's branding.
For the floor coverings, we chose Genflor Ash carpet (WN-120), known for its durability and sophisticated look. The same carpet was used on the bottom of the sidewall panels, creating a cohesive design. The upper sidewalls were covered in lead grey microfiber leather, which matched the seats. To add further detail, the sidewalls were finished with two lines of double stitching in silver thread, providing an extra layer of refinement. The wall-mounted armrests were styled to match the sidewalls, ensuring a seamless integration.
The remaining cabin linings were wrapped in light grey 3-way stretch vinyl, giving the aircraft a modern and clean aesthetic. This vinyl was used for the suspended headlining, as well as for rewrapping the panels and plastics around the windows. The draft excluder around the door was also crafted to match the cabin linings, completing the design.
Other notable items refurbished included the glare shield eyebrow cover, which was recovered in black vinyl, and the control yokes, which were repainted in a gloss black finish. A new Piper emblem was affixed to the control yokes, and the grips were carefully wrapped in perforated black leather, hand-stitched for precision.
