SUMMARY

This project saw the refurbishment of the interior of an Airbus AS350 Helicopter. The scope included the fitting of new seat covers, new cushions, new carpets, and a headlining kit. These parts were fitted to the aircraft by the team at the New Zealand facility.

SUMMARY

The seat covers in the aircraft were very classy, with the thin Sicma 198 series seats in the front and the new H125 design highback seats in the aft cabin. The Sicma seat cushions were retained and fitted with new dress covers while the aft pax seating was supplied with new cushions and dress covers.

The seat covers were made using black leather (ADI-1091). The seat covers feature large areas of perforated black leather. The perforated leather runs as a band through the center from the top to the bottom of the seat. The seat covers feature horizontal double stitching in a matching black thread.

The large bulkhead panel on the aft bulkhead of the cabin is wrapped in black synthetic leather. The same material is used for the six ceiling panels. The floorcoverings fitted are the Genflor black city carpet (WN-120). The carpet is edged with black mesh binding and with a vinyl mat stitched onto the carpet to prevent the carpet from being worn out. The floorcoverings are fitted and secured under the sill plates.
