THE PROJECT
Generation Global provided a complete interior redesign for this H125. The versatile, functional interior we crafted is practical, comfortable, and matches the helicopter’s overall look. All of our services were provided with CASA-validated certification to an Australian-based client. Got a similar project you’re looking to tackle? All parts used for this redesign can be found on Generation Global’s online store.
GALLERY
This helicopter has a vibrant, International Orange exterior, and we wanted the interior to be equally striking. For all six seat covers, we used black (ADI-1091) leather, which contrasted nicely with the orange, stylised stitching we used for each seat’s curved honeycomb (SA010) quilting pattern. We double-stitched all exposed seams, providing both extra durability and bolder colour lines. The seats are Gen III designs and feature donut headrests. Seat belt cutouts were specially made, per our client’s request. Here’s everything together - looks sharp!
For the headlining inserts on this H125, we used a black (ADI-1092) vinyl wrap, which blended in seamlessly with the black roof struts. We wrapped the rear bulkhead in the same way, sitting behind the high-backed seats, these linings add a nice layer of depth.
We wanted to give this aircraft flooring that was both attractive and versatile. We started with a durable, heavy-duty base layer of black penny mat base (Genflor MW-200 Black). Sections of carpet that we provided (Black City) can easily be placed over the flooring when the helicopter is transporting guests. To make sure we had all the dimensions correct, we sent a paper cut out of the flooring to the client. When installation time came, everything fit perfectly.
