THE PROJECT
This project saw our team replacing the seating and carpets on a Gippsaero GA8. The client for this project was an aircraft maintenance organisation - they were giving the aircraft a once-over before it was sold.

The aircraft has two crew seats which share the same as the six rear pax seats. The seat covers were fitted to new foam cushions which were manufactured using Genlite high comfort foam.
The seats were outfitted with charcoal grey leather (ADI-1121), and each leather insert was perforated with SP1 perforation. Finally, the upper seatback on each seat cover was embossed with the Gippsaero GA8 logo.
We also supplied a full carpet set made from Zimmer carpet (WN-120). The carpet features velcro attachments on its back and edges, which are bound with mesh binding.
