This project was simple but fun; our team replaced the seat covers and cushions in a Diamond DA 20, a two-seater trainer aircraft. Diamond aircraft seat upholstery is available online, through our website, in both sheepskin and leather. Our client chose the comfort of sheepskin covers for their aircraft.

The early model DA20 aircraft came factory with sheepskin seat covers and the later models came with leather. Sheepskin is exceptionally comfortable and has the natural beauty of being warm in winter and cool in summer. The sheepskin replacement covers we provided attach to each seat individually using velcro and domes.
The sheepskin used in the covers was sourced from right here in New Zealand. New Zealand is the source of most of the world's sheepskin and can come in many colors. Each thick, comfortable pelt was dyed a beautiful light grey color. The covers come with cushion inserts made from Genlite foam and attached to the underside of the covers.
