SUMMARY
This Cessna TU206G aircraft is used for aerial photography and the client was looking for a functional interior. Generation Global was asked to supply new floor coverings, an overnight flyaway kit, and seat cushion repairs to extend the life of the seat.

The floor coverings for this aircraft were custom with a cut-out around the opening in the floor for the camera to mount. The customized floor covering was manufactured in graphite penny mat flooring. With customization, Generation Global will supply a paper template to the client who can in turn mark any deviations on the paper pattern. The paper pattern will then be used to cut the new custom flooring.
The lonely rear camera operator seat was repaired by replacing the diaphragm and cushion. The covers were removed and the seat frame was stripped down. New diaphragms were stretched over the seat frame and new cushions were fitted to the seat back and bottom before re-fitting the covers, giving the camera operator a comfortable seat once again.
Additionally, an overnight kit was supplied for the aircraft. The overnight kit includes the two bungs for the engine intakes and the covers for the pitot tubes. The covers are made using bright red vinyl which is waterproof and used to protect the aircraft in temporary storage. The intake bungs and pitot covers are all supplied with the Remove Before Flight tags attached.
