THE PROJECT
For this project, our team performed a full interior refurbishment of a Cessna 177 Cardinal. Our crew installed brand new seating, carpets, sidewalls, and headlining. All Cessna 177 interior parts used for this project are available on Generation Global’s website.

The interior featured a range of greys, including charcoal grey leather seating (ADI-1121) and ash grey carpets and f-51 headlining. Charcoal, in addition to being featured on each seat cover, was used for all sidewalls, armrests, and draught excluders. Carpeting was installed on the floor as well as the lower sidewalls. For a cohesive theme, all plastic trims were painted to match the headlining.
This aircraft’s seating is composed of two crew seats and a rear bench seat. The seat covers we installed sport breathable, SP5 perforated leather on their inserts. Our team also carefully embossed the Cessna logo on the backrests of the two front seats.
The carpet we used for this project was Liberty Ash carpet with black binding. We used that same carpeting on the lower sidewalls as well. The rest of the sidewalls were lined with charcoal grey leather - the same shade used on the seats.
Armrests were also covered in charcoal grey leather, as was the door’s draught excluder. Finally, we installed a suspended headlining made from f-51 fabric.
