PROJECT

This project includes Generation Global designing, manufacturing and installing replacement Pax seat dress covers and cushions for a dual class cabin configuration. The dress covers include both backrests, bottoms and headrests manufactured in custom colours supporting the airlines branding. The parts are supplied with FAA design approval.

GALLERY

The seat dress covers were manufactured using an E-leather product which is an engineered leather made from recycled leather and a stamped grain. The material choice was specified by the airline and integrated into the certification. The E-leather was laminated to a 6mm trim foam layer in the manufacture process which provides a crease free look to the installed covers.
