THE PROJECT
This project saw our team supply rear seat covers and cushions for a BO-105 helicopter. Some custom changes were made from the standard design and the parts were shipped to the Australian client as ready-to-fit parts. All parts used are available on our website under BO-105 Seating - Generation I.

The seat dress covers were all made from a handsome charcoal coloured leather that was complimented with some eye-catching green accents. The cover design features a green vertical strip, which runs down the centre of each seat bottom and backrest. The outer seams of the seat covers sported matching green double stitching, while both sides of the green stripe were top stitched. The seat covers also utilized perforated leather on their inserts.
The seat cushioning was made from Generation Global’s superior Genlite foam. The design included ergonomic shaping on the crew seats to provide additional comfort and support. The crew seat frame sports leather wrapping around the base to hide the frame and each crew seats each has a leather pocket on the back of the seat back.
