GALLERY
This is project was a good example of how the pairing of contrasting colours in an interior can influence the overall look by drawing the eye to highlighted features. The colour contrast in this interior included dark charcoal grey and light grey leathers. When selecting interior colours, it always important to keep in mind that colours can greatly change the look and feel of an interior and we strongly encourage clients to use our online configurator to see what the different colour combinations look like.
The Bell 206 seating was manufactured from Charcoal Grey (ADI-1121) aviation leather and Titanium Grey (ADI-1231) centre inserts. The centre inserts were flat panels with the horizontal seams. The outside borders included decorative double stitching to match the Titanium Grey. The seats feature the bell logo embossed into the leather. Custom logos can also be added to meet the client’s own specification and can be anything from a company’s branding to the model emblems or registration of the helicopter.
The door inserts were manufactured in Charcoal Grey (ADI-1121) leather and included the titanium grey decorative stitching. The door panel inserts include pockets.
The floor coverings were manufactured from a Charcoal (Genflor, Zimmer) cut pile carpet, with black mesh binding around the edges. The rear carpets were covered with black composite floor protectors which fit in over the main cabin carpet area and can be installed and removed dependant on the role the helicopter is being used for. The floor protectors were a custom requirement for this client.
