THE PROJECT
For this project, we performed a total floor covering upgrade for a client’s Bell 206B Jet Ranger III. Full Jet Ranger carpet sets are now available for order on Generation Global’s website.

The floor coverings in the helicopter were in a 'Peat' colored nylon cut pile carpet. The carpet mats and carpet panels are finished around the edges with black binding. Where the carpet sections are glued into place, the edges are left unbound. The floor coverings were fitted at Generation Global’s New Zealand facility.
The floor covering shipset is usually made up of 11 sections, all of which fit together like a jigsaw puzzle. The shipset includes the upstand around the seat pedestals, the cabin bulkhead, and the sidewall kick panels. Bell 206 floor coverings are relatively simple to install.
