SUMMARY
This project included providing new seat upholstery for the clients Airbus EC120 Helicopter. The seat covers were manufactured and fitted to the clients aircraft. The seat covers are available on the Generation Global Website and can be purchased as covers only for fitting to OEM cushions or as a full assembly with crash-tested cushions supplied.
GALLERY
The crew seats in the aircraft are the Sicma 159 series seats and the three rear pax seats are Eurocopter seats. The heavy-duty flooring was Genflor black (MW-200) which has a raised penny pattern that provides a non-slip surface.
The seat dress covers were supplied in black leather (ADI-1091) with titanium grey stitching. The seat covers were stitched with double stitching on the outside seams on the covers. The large insert panels were stitched with the Curve Honeygrid quilting (SA010) in titanium grey stitching.
